Information collected

The request form collects the name, contact method, contact information, service, location, equipment details, timing and description a customer chooses to provide. Requests are stored in the restricted owner workspace so Chattahoochee Marine Solutions can review and respond.

Photos and access information

Customers may attach up to five supported photos. Submitted photos are stored with the service request and are available only through the restricted owner workspace. Customers should not enter gate codes, exact dock coordinates or other sensitive access instructions in the general description.

Communication choices

Service-request permission is required so the business can respond about the inquiry. Marketing permission is optional and recorded separately. During this private preview, the system does not automatically send customer emails, text messages or calendar invitations.

Retention and contact
